１週間もしないうちにうねりが気になり、お直しをお願いしましたが、そのお直しも数日で再びうねりが出てしまいました。

もし仮に、癖が強くてその金額内では対応できないのであれば、その旨伝えてていだくのがプロだと思うのです。
また、本当は再来店したくなかったため返金を希望しましたが、「お直しで対応したい」とのことで再度時間を作って来店しました。
その際、担当者の変更を事前にお願いしていましたが共有されておらず、同じ方が対応された点にも不信感が募りました。
このお店は施術後の合わせ鏡でのチェックはないようで、全体的に対応の丁寧さにも疑問を感じました。
結果として、時間と費用の両方が無駄になってしまったと感じています。

At that time, I had requested a change of stylist beforehand, but this hadn't been communicated, and the same person handled my hair again, which increased my distrust.

This salon doesn't seem to check the results with a mirror after the treatment, and I questioned the overall level of politeness in their service.

As a result, I feel that both my time and money were wasted.

I was especially disappointed because I had come to this salon after seeing their listing on Hot Pepper that they specialized in straightening.
